CLASSES & MEMBERSHIP

ADULT

The Adult class is for 18+ only (Male or Female). Whether you are a Boxing novice aspiring to eventually compete or just into your fitness and looking to shift some weight, then this is the class for you.
The Adult class is a very popular, hardworking, and exciting class with a real buzzing atmosphere.
Sparring is an option however not compulsive as there are plenty of bags to keep everyone busy as well as pad work with the coaches.
Every class will be varied, and everyone will get 1 on 1 with the coaches during the class.
This Membership offers 4 days training per week : Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday (one session per day only)
*3 month minimum term contract,  *1 month notice of cancellation

WOMENS

Our Women's class is a high tempo, intense class bringing women up to a high standard of boxing. The class will put you through your paces with a non-stop 1-hour workout guaranteed to up your fitness game. The women are very hardworking, and we want to keep the class at this high level.
In the women’s class there will be no sparring but plenty of time spent in the ring and on the bags.

COMPETITIVE

This class is for our 18+ boxers who are looking to compete. This class is for the dedicated and will always include the opportunity to spar and include a gruelling workout.   You will have the most 121 time with the coaches during this class and our coaches will be here to advise on your fitness regimes outside of the class as well. Commitment is key so if you think you have what it takes to be the next Quest Boxing league champion this is where you need to be.

LATE TEENS

The Late Teens class is for teenagers aged 15-17. We expect commitment to the sport by this age with the opportunity to compete if desired. The class will entail a high intensity work out and a focus on the technique of boxing. Sparring is always welcome. The Late Teens class is for teenagers aged 15-17. TEENS

The Teens class is aged 12-14 welcoming both girls as well as boys. We teach the foundations of boxing as well as focusing highly on fitness and beginning to work on strength. The class are keen to spar most sessions but this is not obligatory.

JUNIORS

The Junior class is a fun, active class for aged 8-11, girls as well as boys. We aim to teach the basic principles of boxing and discipline. They will learn to spar and have the opportunity to compete if desired
